What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend carefully inspecting your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including damage to the packaging, make a note of it on the delivery receipt when signing. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect possible damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt as a precaution.
In the event that your product does arrive damaged, please send clear photos of the damage to support@agelesscollective.com. We will process a replacement or refund promptly, typically within one business day. Your satisfaction is our priority!
