Refunds & Returns Policy
At Ageless Collective, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve made our returns and refunds process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Time Frame
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Shipping Costs
- If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Defective or Broken Products
- If your item is damaged or not functioning as it should, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns
- If you decide to return a product because you no longer want it, you may do so within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
- You will need to pay the return shipping. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll refund the cost of the product, minus the initial shipping fee.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@agelesscollective.com.

Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. - Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
