Shipping & Delivery

At Ageless Collective, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Here’s what you can expect with your order:

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Timeframe and Costs

• Delivery typically takes 4-7 days.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
• Orders under $200 will incur a flat $15 shipping fee.
• Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Freight Deliveries
For larger items shipped via third-party freight carriers, a delivery appointment will be required. You’ll be contacted to arrange a convenient curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number during checkout to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation and Payment
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been received and your payment method has been approved. Your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped, unless the item is back-ordered and needs to be held for you.

As soon as your order is in our system, we begin processing it promptly to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
